How did u fix the errors.. i delete muh cookies and history and still says it must be restarted.

Here's my troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure that the ROM you want to boot is the only one on the SD card
2. Insert the flashcart into the 3DS and click on the button to "switch" to that ROM (the logo won't appear, but the card will stop flashing)
3. Turn your WiFi off
4. Go to your Internet Browser
5. Go to the exploit page and bookmark it with the WiFi off
6. Clear your History, Cookies etc., then exit the browser
7. Turn WiFi back on
8. Go to Download Play, then suspend it
9. Go to the Internet Browser, you should be taken to the Nintendo homepage
10. Click on the bookmark
11. Repeat if necessary and be patient - loading may take some time

Maybe is because I have more roms in the SD card, but right now I don't have another one.

Keep the wireless switch on. Best thing is you don't even need to clear the cookies and history at all.

It's official if DS2+ isn't perfect*, sky is the way I'm going. I never thought I'd say that.

*Perfect as in it actually works with the latest firmwares and doesn't rely on clunky operations to get it working, example: Gateway. I appreciate GW and all that they've done for the scene, but I dream of those OG R4 days and will patiently wait for a card that works as simply (and genie)

That's the problem indeed. Sky3DS will always default to the next bootable game, so you should only ever flash one for Regionthree.
