Sky3DS should update their site with "we support region free now" at this point they can easily host the exploit on their website and support it even if Gateway tweaks theirs.
On the other hand people who bought Sky3DS were claiming to be doing so because it's plug and play, and this makes it far from plug and play though and has to be done every time you want to play a game.

don't worry they will, they took the software for removing the 10 game limit and hosted it as their own, until people pulled them up on it, i doubt very much gateway or smealum will be getting any credit for this
its all pretty new, it may not work for some games.....guess we need to wait and see what compatibility is like

Did everything, wrote only 1 japanese game to my Sky3DS (Hero Bank 2)
Richt after activating the exploit the game booted up
There is one problem, you can't press the Home button, if you do the game locks up and you have to power off your 3ds or remove the game cart to return
This can be solved by pressing "Power" first and on the power off screen press "Home", then you retrun to your home screen

You can put multiple roms on the Sky3DS (Japanese / US) But when pressing the Sky3ds button, you will not see any icon on your screen (just watch the led blinking, when it stops it has loaded the next rom, then do the exploit, works flawless

SKY3ds FOR THE WIN.. I forgot when i tested it out last night i used a different micro sd card that was giving me trouble on anything after the first game.. tried it on my sandisk.. the one i usually use.. i didnt want to test it on my main one.. finally did it and VOILA!!! IT WORKS..

Amazing smealum is amazing, as per usual. I'll be sure to test this, thanks a bunch man! You saved some people from having to buy multiple systems right there.
Great work smea. You single handed this whole scene upside down without your work gateway may have never worked on higher firmwares. I hope that a ninjhax version of this comes out

Just tested it on my Sky3DS Rev.2 - it's a bit cumbersome to boot due to the Internet Browser errors (Bookmark the exploit site and clear your cache!) but works splendid otherwise - my EUR 3DS is launching Japanese titles just fine! Thumbs-up!
I need help getting this to work on my wifes 3ds XL Retro NES... it wont even go to a black screen..

How did u fix the errors.. i delete muh cookies and history and still says it must be restarted.
