First, it was a joke. Like saying, "I should call Aaron Rogers" or "I will call LeBron James on his cell phone.". Sarcasm is "lost" on some people. Yeah Truth, only "nice"to pm me questions about info and then show true colors.

I never messaged Crediar or the other guy. Never banned off other sites as some were for irritating them (judge not lest ye be judged by the same measure). Use first amendment before it is gone;-). Randomizer, you should know sarcasm from our talks. I don't know others and Maternal was cool as he always is. Gahars and others say worse in threads, see irc also. It is called a joke, this work looks good. Crediar seems to be making a great program. The sarcasm was probablyhard to read but ASK before assuming I was serious.
your avatar gives it away.

Please, for the love of god, only write a post when you have something meaningful to contribute, if not, write nothing at all
Nothing at all.

Seriously though we should just wait when he's done with the project, the last we want is for him to get angry and decide not to release this for good.

This is in closed beta, it exists, but it's not in very good working order yet.

This is why it's in closed beta, because it's not user-friendly or very usable.

It will improve with time. Which means you all need to have some goddamn patience.

This project was not announced when it was almost complete, it was announced when it was first being made.

Who is saying anything about speeding up or being a pest to Crediar. I said good things about that. I heard it was running well. That is all I was told. I did not see anything after that (or before) about pushing for a quicker release.

All things considered, I find it to be very impressive :D

  • Should support all accessories which act as a GC controller.
  • Vibration function supported! Tested with project64 and dolphin. (since adapter firmware 2.1)
  • Compatible with American, European and Japanese controllers.

Not the cheapest with 26$ CAD, but definitely the most beautiful and cleanest solution so far.
Does anyone have it and tested it with HID test?

I don't like that it uses NMM instead of memory card emulation. No more memory doesn't work for some games like fire emblem path of radiance. Plus there's no way to transfer our saves from real memory cards.

Well, NMM does emulate the memory card, just in a different way. I'm sure he'll figure out how to fix that eventually, though.

I'd like to believe Nintendont will use improved SD/USB code, which should up the compatibility with NMM.
This is just wishful thinking.

Long ago dev team from DM was working on improving NMM, so I'm sure compatibility will also be improved.

I emailed Raphael from the site and said he will test the adapter with HID test in the next few days.

If you are looking for a GC->USB adapter you may take a look at the EMS Trio Linker.
I have one and it's working pretty well on Windows with Dolphin (just remember to get the v2 plus, because the previous lacks analog triggers support!)

Btw, will Nintendont support GC controllers directly on a regular Wii?

I tweeted crediar asking him if Nintendont would support multiple .dol games like: Zelda: Collector's Edition, Sonic Gems Collection, etc. He said yes
That's cool.
But he didn't respond to the 64KB question.
