Gaming Sonic Transformed Bug Crashes 3DS

So, there is a specific course that when played with a specific driver in a specific cup in "World Tour" mode that completely crashes the 3DS always at the same point in the race (3rd lap, almost at finishing line).

This happens in the european Nintendo 3DS. I don´t know about the others.

I thought my SD card was corrupted when it happened twice. So I deleted the game though "Options" in the 3DS and re-downloaded it in another SD card. Then I copied the .sav file (previously backed up) and tried to play this race again. Then... it crashed!

This is the worst game ever made to 3DS, first, all the frame rate issues, and now this. It is the only time my 3DS has crashed...

This is the race that crashes the 3DS (only in World Tour Mode, with the specific driver above and at this point in World Tour (in the last Cup, in english would be sth like Clash between Superstars):

Not sure if you're supposed to back up and restore saves like that. That might have made the issue worse. To clarify, after restoring the save, it crashes upon boot, or just at that same spot in the race?

Also not trying to be a jerk, but what driver? You never specify, and the pictures you show aren't clear enough to be able to make out who the driver is at all.

1) After restoring the save everything works normally. But the crash continues to happen at this specific spot in this track in World Tour Mode.

2) If I didn´t restore the save I would have to play, like, 10 hours to get to this point in the game, so I´d like to know if anyone else had the same problem as me.

3) The driver is " Gum", "Medium" diffculty, "Standard" vehicle, European Nintendo 3DS XL.

2) If I didn´t restore the save I would have to play, like, 10 hours to get to this point in the game, so I´d like to know if anyone else had the same problem as me.

not really surprising considering how glitchy the demo already was,
maybe it's vanellope trying to be a character lol

anyway, have you tried using another character and/or other settings?

It was really a shame that the demo was not available to European 3DS´.... Otherwise it´d have saved me 40 euros...

Yes, this track works flawlessly with all others characters I tried, I didn´t try with Gum with power-ups other than "Standard", though, nor in "easy" or "difficult" modes.

Also, playing with Gum in this track in Single Track or Championship mode will not crash the 3DS. It will work as expected. For the crash to occur, it must be in this specific track in World Tour mode with Gum, as already described.

Because someone's going to think that it'll lead to a hack of the 3DS and that Sega could remove it from the eShop and make patches even though it probably won't lead to anything?

does the game have an achievement or something for completing all tracks with the same character? I think you'll have to give him up for that one track, or try on the hard setting ( at least you get all stars that way )

Sorry to resume this thread, but I experienced the same problem. Isn't eve Sega going to release a patch or something? What a lame game btw.
