Now I know I'm not going mad, further to this, the last time I checked it didn't seem as though the real NAND game saves were extracting to emuNAND properly either, in the individual game options.
Yes I was having the same issue as well.
Hmm, maybe it has to do something with the d2x cios then...

My personal experience is everyting is working fine with emusave, not counting the known problems, like Zelda SS.
I am still usin D2X v8 (249 w. base 56, 250 w. base 57)
Ah I see, currently using d2x-v10. I could always go back to good ol' trusty v8 and test. Which I shall do.

Edit: However it was working with D2X v-10 before so I don't see why I would have to use v8, but I'll test regardless just in case.

Forcing cIOS load with r249 has recuperated my savegame emu experience. Thanks guys, I could almost cry from joy lol

Edit: Wanted to mention I'm on D2X v10r52, for those that are having difficulty with emusave, so it wasn't the cIOS.

Edit 2: Can confirm by changing the following in wiiflow.ini
Code:
force_cios_load=yes
force_cios_rev=249
(Can be done right through the GUI) that both the "Extract Save from NAND" and "Flash Save to NAND" features are also working.

Strange though that it doesn't work with IOS58 @startup for me. Is that the case for anyone else? If gamesave emu is enabled shouldn't it automatically attempt to load with cIOS? Regardless I'm very content with the way it works, so happy gaming everyone :)

Also I want to praise how blazing fast and smooth the latest WiiFlow is in transition through all the global/game config menu's, games coverflow and Source Menu, it's excellent. Navigating is a breeze and a real joy.

Just have to mention again how WiiFlow, by far is still my favorite loader. Think I may have find another bug too. Going to try to reproduce it a few times to make sure. Will be back on later.

Has anyone else seen this problem lately?

I started noticing a while back and I'm not sure what rev - that when I add a new game outside of WiiFlow by using Wii Backup Manager or copying the WBFS folder in and reloading the cache that the cache list gets rebuilt with a 0 byte size and an all upper case name like: USB1_WII.DB.

Then each time you reload Wiiflow it takes forever as it looks like it is trying to rebuild the cache but fails and always leaves it with a 0 byte length.

Then if I manualy delete the USB1_WII.DB file in Windows and run a disk scan and fix any errors the next time it builds the list it works correctly.

I am using a 2TB drive with a single FAT32 partition and am wondering if the file delete code which deletes the existing cache file before recreating it is causing some sort of directory corruption.

It it showing 'Removing nonvalid long folder entery from \wiiflow\cache\lists...

Edit - I have checked for directory corruption before putting it back on the Wii and there is none and I am properly ejecting the drive from the PC so I think the corruption is happening on the Wii.

Edit2: Forgot to mention when it is successfully builds the cache the filename is in lower case: usb1_wii.db

Hmm haven't seen that error yet but I haven't added a Wii game in a while. I've added and deleted emu games however but I'll do a quick check tonight.

Edit: Found a bug I can constantly reproduce. When you return to menu from a Wii game if you immediately go into the source menu afterwards there is button image corruption. Random buttons go missing or stars show up in place of the console image. If you exit the source menu however and go right back in, the corruption is gone and all works as it should.

Yes I'm sure. D2X version can be checked multiple ways including right through WiiFlow. I have no bugs at the moment for what I'm using it for. Just out of curiosity what bugs r u running into? PM me if u want I'd like to know so if I run into any problems I know what to expect.

@AbdallahTerro I love your Carbonik Mod theme, but I wanted to know if a change could be made for something that's been bugging me. I've always been a fan of your TV frame around banners idea, did Fledge68 help you with it's implementation? I ask because I have over 200+ fanart (probably more, I'm dumbing it down since I can't remember exactly) and the TV frame image is always in the corner regardless if fanart is showing up or not. It looks funny because Fix94 disabled the Banner for games which have fanart, so all you see is an empty picture frame. I'll provide a pic later.

If the TV frame could just show up when games don't have fanart it would be so official. Maybe Fledge68 can help figure out a way to disable the TV image on games that have fanart, it would really make your theme pretty much 100% compatible with the fanart and banner features. I know I can just disable the TV frame in the theme.ini but I'd prefer to keep the image there, half my game collection doesn't have fanart so it would look fantastic if it would display properly. @fledge68 could you provide some feedback if my request is possible. Thanks guys.

Where would one get 875? I cant seem to get Lego Pirates of the Caribbean working, Tried stable release and up to r873. Game works on GX and CFG loaders. I tried changing the IOS reload to yes in the game config ini , (which is what cfg says it does when it loads ios reload=yes)but still did not work. Using dx2 v10beta 53 I will change to see if it helps.
Thanks

Strange - Lego Pirates of the Caribbean has always worked for me didn't matter what revision i used. Don't know what to tell ya other than try it without emusaves. Maybe it's a region setting issue (PAL or NTSC) anyone else have any ideas?
