Got a few thoughts on this and am incapable of getting past a barrier or two.

So far I can get wiiflow to load on Dolphin 3.5 I can point Dolphin to games on nand(SD). Problem: it wont play any games dolphin crashes at the point of wanting to switch IOS's. Though it will play the preview scene when expanded into the cover flow.

I can get wiiflow to recognize a disk when mounted into a virtual drive when tagged to Dolphin but when I try to get it to load or save to SD it states its not a GC/Wii disk.

when i try to extract the nand for emulation on wii it states the sd card is not in a fat32 format.

I have been able to mount the SD.Raw file but it is in ascii or assembly language or something not sure. i have seen that the file format is fat32 or at least claims to be. I think if If I could access the wiiflow ini and or xml file on the sd raw it may be able to work but that is an hypothesis, that I wish to explore.

Unfortunately the Dolphin forum views wiiflow with disdain and is generally unwilling to comment or help with anything on that subject. But I wll be tactfully requesting information on the sd.raw inquiries shortly.

wiiflow needs to stop making request to switch ios's or dolphin needs to ignore the request and play the file.
I need wiiflow to recognize iso files mounted on a virtual drive in order to place in the sd.raw file to place in the cover flow.
I need access to the sd.raw files saved in its image in order to modify the ini or xml files?

Any body have any thoughts or directions to complete any of the above listed needs... Fix94 ;) or 47th level dark wizard pc/dolphin guru

Hold on a moment...let me be sure I have this correct...

You're trying to use an ISO loader...on an EMULATOR...that's meant to load ISOs? Is there any particular reason?

For the cover flow! the gui for dolphin is to windows 3.x'ish. Way to spartan for my taste, i currently use a script to open dolphin in a Media Browser plugin within Win7 media center, that script will auto open and close dolphin and make it full screen but it is clunky and hangs on occasion. If i get it to open to wiiflow then I can maintain that same cover flow style that I have with media browser and not have to rely on the plugin to pick my games and then I could separate all of my pc/emulator movie and music to there allocated spaces making a very clean and smooth looking system.

The wii's limitation on movie playback is keeping me from using it. The xbox360 is overkill/ costly for media center access as far as I am concerned in addition to needing xbox live to access netflix/hulu and the sort on each tv.

YES. LET THE INSANITY ENSUE! I can see the randomizer is upset he didn't think of this first, but lets run with this subject. Ireregardless fo the redundancy of the programs it really is the wiiflow front end I am looking for as I don't know how to take wiiflow frontend and apply it visually to Dolphin or modify dolphin to appear as such. I am forced into a work around, hence my dilemma.

Did you honestly not notice that this thread was from 7 years ago? Dolphin now has a grid view and the GUI is based on Qt. Theme it around that instead of worrying if the front-end for emulation is "pretty".

You can make a front end in Attract Mode or HyperSpin. Attract Mode seems kind of dead but I do think it is the more refined and better running software personally or more modern. Or a emulation front end as well.

Mostly searched this up just because I was curious for making wiiflow themes if I kept having to bring it to the actual wii to view it. Looks like that is the case, damn.
