Hacking Forwarders are back!

the brick risk is not in what it is (forwarder/link/application/game/etc.) but caused by the animation used by the channel.
If the banner animation is not created correctly the system menu doesn't load.
You can verify if the animation is working on a Wii or dolphin first.

dolphin is very cool! I will try to backup the nand of my vWii and will test my wads :-) (but now i need a bigger SD-Card as my old 16 MB)

You do not need your nand dump to test wads with Dolphin, simply download System Menu as .WAD (ex. 4.3) form NUS and install it in Dolphin using the proper option, then install the test-wad and see if the System Menu starts; if it does you will not banner-brick

Ah cooo! I had installed the SytemMenu 4.3E from NUS before, but I think wii != vWii . If I install my dump from the vWii I think it's a "realler" test
But good to know that with your suggestion I can try the Banner...
I just take Mario Party 9 (bad Banner) and... yeah my dophin-wii is Game Over / Bannerbricked

@Ray Lewis, no one cares about your ignorance, or the fact you feel ripped off for trading your 360 for a wii u. the fact is the vwii supports the majority of what the wii could do, and thats less than 2 months after console release. quit spamming your bs and expecting to be able to have a fully unlocked console within 1.5 months of original release date. do you even realise how long it took for the 360 scene to get where it is today? and im not talking about dvd cfw!

Just to chime in, I tried out the forwarders for USBLoader GX, CFG, WiiFlow and WiiMC this morning, and they all work beautifully! I'm stoked to try out the emulator forwarders tonight. This makes things pretty convenient - about as convenient as they'll be until we have a full U mode HBC and forwarders.
