HI, I've a Wii from my friend here, and it worked perfectly fine.
However it has a really strange issue with the power. It somehow is unable to turn on, (well the green light comes, and the screen flashes but there is no video or anything. The TV sees the signal, 480i,
however no video or what so ever.

The strange thing is that, when you hold the power button for 5 seconds, normally it would turn off to red correct? Well, this Wii doesn't. This one just stays on, and won't go to red led.

Also, when you connect the Wii to power, it normally is red, but this one just stays orange. Somehow I wonder what's going on, because nothing changed in software or what so ever. BootMii and PriiLoader are installed, but cannot be loaded either. (No Video)

What's going on? I tried different cables, etc. Even unplugged it for +72 hours. Nothing;)

When i try to go in recovery mode, with a gamecube controller, it shows a red glow on the screen, but no input and then turns off again (the red glow) and you can hear the drive spin.

If your Wii is showing an Orange Led when you turn off means its turned off but since you have WiiConnect24 on, the Wii is on stand by but with the Wifi on so you can receive messages, game updates and competitions, wii shop data etc.

Yes, but that isn't the case if I just plug it in from power, or hold the power button for 5 seconds, normally it would go red then. WiiConnect 24 only works after you boot the Wii once right? Atleast thats so on my Wii. (3x)

Hi, done that, when I load that file on the root of the sd, and turn on the Wii. the screen goes red, and then black. and nothing then.

Could it be a broken Bluetooth chip? Or just a broken video chipset/

The hardware doesn't get broken by itself, unless you accidentally dropped your Wii.

Maybe its the video cable or the video settings, try this:

- Power on Wii, give it a few seconds to boot
- Hold DOWN on the directional pad of the Wii remote
- While holding DOWN, press the RESET button on the Wii

The Wii reboots and the screen settings are back to default.

I have some issues with my Wii's power LED as well. When turned off the LED turns off completely, but when the power is plugged in it goes red, so there's nothing wrong with the LED itself.
Your issue is much weirder though...
However, to me it sounds like a broken GPU. This could potentially happen if the Wii is left in standby a lot as this can cause the GPU to overheat, but normally that just causes screen artifacts, I haven't heard of a GPU breaking completely from it. Not to say it hasn't happened, and it's a plausible reason.

Congratulations! You have the ultra rare case of a "Lightning brick!"
So far I thought I was the only one who went through this crap, but it appears it occurs even today!

Basically, you're in luck! (If you're still in warranty or willing to pay $85)
When a "lightning brick" (term by me, not official) occurs, the Wii basically takes an electric chair up the ass.
Any save data, hack data, anything is GONE.
Now, this means Nintendo will repair your Wii because there is no evidence of any hacks or even any data at all.

Summary :
Pros:
Your Wii will get repaired by Nintendo for a fee
Cons:
Any WiiWare/ShopData is GONE nonrefundable
You lost all your save data
