How do i extract the contents inside this file? Take a look at this thread. I'm trying to do the samething with the same brsar file. those brsar un-packing tools do not work and brawlbox doesn't work for extracting or exporting this type of file so the question is what the hell do i do now?

Convert the music to brsar extension and replace it like the tut says, dunno if its gonna work.

Edit: Wait a minute...i think this method is for replacing music within an iso which is not related to what i'm trying to do :P ah well guess there will never be a way to extract the brsar format, is there no love for brsar? lol.

I think that's not possible to edit the SFX(not that i know how) but u can listen to the songs from the BRSAR files

Brawl Box can do it as well, but you must specify loop points in the song. Don't use the BRSTM-GUI or whatever it's called, it doesn't loop songs properly.
