Hacking Can Nintendo See What DS Roms You Play Through a DSTwo?

Which means they are checking Nintendo networks servers alot more then they are their old Nintendo Wifi connection servers. With as much pokemon I played on my r4, im pretty sure its safe to say they dont give a crap, or probably dont even see or check the old wifi servers.

Yes they cannot tell. Unless they checked their old servers. Which is HIGHLY unlikely

Im saying, do they care about their old obsolete Network that now Hundreds of flashcart users play on, or their newer Nintendo Network servers?
Do you have any idea how many animal crossing parties ive had with various flash card friends? A good 30 or so. And we are all gaming strong on our flashcards.
Not to mention all the people cheating and racing on Mario Kart DS, Metroid Pime Hunters, ETC.

Youve been very lucky then, they can be pretty rampant at times. Its fun to play cheat games with friends though.
EDIT: And the biggest point of cheaters and such, is again, a pokemon example. You dont just have to use Pokesav pokemon, alot of cheated pokemon make their way into wifi battles. And no one gets banned.

Because we organize the cheat games ourselves... we add our friend codes, and play together while sitting on skype, laughing and having a good time.
Its like when people use injections on COD WAW ZOMBIES. Those are fun times.

Anyway, going back to the topic at hand, I realized that the COD Injections thing brings up a good point.
People are openly using glitches and mods on old cod games, which use xbox live, and NO ONE GETS BANNED.

Nobody's ever been banned, or had their system bricked, or their warranty revoked, or anything, for using flash carts.

That's why you're not seeing warnings everywhere. The only care Nintendo gives is blocking them from booting with firmware updates.
