Alot of people asking questions so here's some tips/ FAQ.

First, Try to use winrar to Zip it, it makes things easier. The archiving program for windows creates alot of problems.

Second make sure your naming is correct. It should be all caps like this : HOMEBR.ZIP/PSP/GAME/HB/EBOOT.PBP.
Each folder cannot have a name longer then 8 char's.

When downloading Homebrew, If you are given two choices, Go with Un-signed.

  • If extracting freezes on 0% Then you didn't use winrar to zip it. This is caused by the windows archiver. Just re-archive it with WinRar.
  • If you Don't see certain HB to extract remember that each Homebrew app needs to be in it's on Zip file, they cannot be in the same archive, if they are then the CEF will only recognize the first one.
  • If it doesn't show up then you named it wrong. Double check your naming.

i can't figure out how to get emulators running...i install in all caps 8 letters or less....i transfer it to vita....i select, asks me to extract the zip, i select yes, it shows a progress bar on the vita that it's extracting, once that's done i can't find it anywhere on the menu...what am i possibly doing wrong?

i didn't change names of roms and left it in their zip format, tried it not in zip format.

also what's the difference between playing iso without moving to ms0:// and moving. i don't really see a difference except that i get a prompt if i want to move to ms0:// if it's not in there.

Hello there!
First of all, nice topic! Helped me a lot.
But I've got a problem with SNES Emulator you've posted. Every time I load a rom, it freezes! It doesn't return an error log... it just freezes :C
Any tip?
EDIT: Using UNO Exploit at 2.02... maybe this is why?!

Did you create a .zip archive for it ? Try replacing the N64 with mame4all.

I'll try out the SNES again and find another one that works

It wont show up when I load up the exploit the only thing I see is the MAME4ALL, N64Emu and my game saves. I have them in folders with all caps and all that, and yes its in a zip or else the N64 wouldnt work right? Or is it a ZIP inside a ZIP?
