Hardware Updated to 4.5.0 - Now what....?

My lad updated his 3ds and so now the acekard2i that was in it has stopped working. What is the best flash card to get so he can play his old ds games again? Cheers

Second Best? R4iGold 3DS from r4ids.cn but u gotta get the Revision C(Kirby Icon or Labyrinth Icon)

Thanks for the quick reply mate but Im not sure about the revision C - is it the firmware for the cart or the cart itself? Sorry - always used acekards!

It's the cart's hardware, but there's multiple carts with the C label, and only some of them work, but shops don't care and are sending out whatever they have, so don't but an R4i Gold right now. If you don't want to wait, get a DSTwo.

far as i knew,many stores provide pre-flashed dstwo,so you dont need any updating after received your card,such as digitopz.com,official distributor, free shipping.Tested my dstwo from them,works perfectly on my 3ds after i updated.Or you can directly go to shop temp or just google

The DSTWO also gets updated HOURS within a Nintendo update, so I don't mind paying more for a great cart that comes with amazing service staff backing it. Money well-spent, I say. :monocle:

Yeah, alot of the clone carts are that way. I'm glad I researched the R4i Gold 3DS before making my purchase from ndsgamer.com. They're a legit site, and shipping only took a week. Ships from Texas, I believe.
