I do not quite follow- are you browsing without CSS or something or do you mean you want HTML5 (no browser extension) streaming or perhaps straight HTTP downloading of videos?

Using http to download something seems somewhat quaint right now and I have not watched much anime in some time so I will probably not be able to help, but for the latter streaming stuff given the nature of things I doubt the "legal streams" people will be doing much and the others probably will not either.

I'm sorry but you can only link to legal platforms/websites which are licensing the video they provide (such as crunchyroll, unfortunately using Flash only. They added Xbox360 and PS3 support, maybe WiiU next?)

If you can get proof that they are legal, then it's fine with me.
(not just a DMCA link telling "if you want we will remove your files hosted illegally on our servers, if not, let's profit until we receive a complain")

Contained copyrighted and licensed movies. these websites were not officially allowed to provide and stream these content.

I know a site that completely posts a great collection of anime in HTML5 but because of Cyan, I'm not sure if I can even mention it.
Thanks for trying.

You probably mean HTML5, normal HTML doesn't support videos.
Yeah. Was going ask you to change the title, but considering there seem to be no official sites like this,
I'm out of options here.

So, no other sites like crunchyroll? I read it getting/have HTML support. Not true at all?
