I think there is a problem with the Facebook app and how it generates the codes. Basically there seems to be a limited amount of codes available or that the software generates codes at a certain time. If multiple people click the buttons at the same time, they get the same code. Or something like that.

I got 2 out of the 4 codes to work on my PSVita or SEN Store online.

FYI, I tested those out just for the hell of it and all are treated as "This prepaid card has been spent". Don't know if someone grabbed them already, but at least they don't work anymore
