Clearly none of them read the first page and just commented when they googled digimon redigitized translation smh sad smh they will only update when its major not minor stuff thats a waste of time

I have been to the blog, I am subscribed to the blog so I get updates. I did that before I even joined here specifically to post about the OP. I still wish there was a system set in place where I knew what was done and what was not done, a check mark next to what is done would be fine. I would settle for a progress bar though. I hope they are getting far but I don't know if they are or not, actually the blog says they are getting closer, IDK how much closer though. Last post was about DMW1 hacks.

Think of this: there is no use in wasting time creating a progress bar, if they could have used that same time for translating more parts of the game instead. Also, I think a progress bar would only enhance our anxiety about the game. For example: what if there WAS a progress bar, but it gets stuck at 98% for like 2 months (because the people working on this project are busy, or in vacations or something) ? You would be like " goddamit finish the thing already!!!" .... no good :P . The best thing to do would be visit this post and the blog like ... once or twice a week only because announced updates don't occur too often

Oh my god, hurry the fuck up. I want to play the game already, it's been out for so long now :hateit:

Dude, take a chill pill... You have absolutely no idea how long it takes to make a good translation and, at the same type, deal with your own life, do you ? This is a project for everyone on the team, a hobby. I'm sure that everyone on the translation team has their own social/personal life that needs their attention, so can you stop looking at your own bellybutton and start thinking about others ?

Thanks.

most of the progress they made is on the first page of this thread so what is the point of a progress bar when you have whats been done the and whats left most from what Romstarr has said they have completed more its just not note worthy as yet they will update when something is note worthy and they plan on posting screenshots soon as the programmer debug one of the programs they use

For a lot of people, I assume the issue isn't that the translation isn't out, but that the story aspect of it hasn't been updated on the front page for a few months now. It went from being updated often to almost not at all. Personally I don't mind, I'll wait however long it takes for this amazing translation, just trying to understand the motivation behind all the questioning :P

Yeah, although they don't say it very often, I bet the translation team is working on it but they would spend some time telling here the progress and stuff (and also taking screenshots, etc). The thing is that the more awesome the thing is, the longer it seems to be the wait time (I mean, if this was just another random game, the day the team finishes the game people would be like "oh look, a new translated game" instead of "FINALLY!!!!!!!" ). It must be something in human nature :P . People just need to get patience. Just imagine how I feel, taking into account that I don't care THAT much of this game, but instead I would want them to finish this the fastest possible so that they can work, when it get's released next year, on the new Digimon Adventure PSP game ((and they haven't even confirmed anything; if they will work on not on that game is a mystery so far, so I'm just getting anxious about something without confirmation, ... but even with that, I'm not complaining here every 2 posts)). Obviously the team will take the necessary time to make a perfect (or near perfect) translation of this game, which I consider a very correct thing to do, and THEN, decide if they want to (or can) work on the next digimon game.

Personally, I don't mind not having percentages. because all I will just see is some moving progress bar which tells me I still need to wait. which is basically what I'm doing right now.

I'd rather not keep bugging the translation team about when it will be released so they can focus on what they are doing.
