I have a piece of junk Surface 3 LTE that really, really sucks... I am so sick of using that device. The only reason why I would still bother to use it is due to it having LTE and being able to use OneNote desktop application with a pen.

I was thinking of getting the eve tablet, but it seems like LTE support would only come next year, and I don't know if I can even bare having to deal with my Surface 3 for another quarter...

Do anyone have any good suggestion for a modern Windows LTE tablet that has good pen support, is more powerful than my Surface 3, and also has good battery life?

What's your price range? The Surface 3 LTE was a somewhat cheaper tablet, and looking at the eve it looks like after the early bird discount they will be charging $1500 for a non-ULV CPU. LTE is not a very common add on, and will either be found on ultraportable budget systems like thge Surface 3 LTE or possibly ultraportable performance systems that cost $1700+

It's a tricky balance. I'd see if I can cut out as much background shit as possible and offload my user folder to a 128GB MicroSD card, like what i dad for my RCA W101 V2.

In term of price, I am looking around the $1500 range, but I am willing to save up more for a more expensive tablet if it is good and will last for a long time. It doesn't have to be a very powerful device, but I should be able to write and read the notes that I take on OneNote without lagging (or have very minimal lag).

I do have background stuff running like google chrome and syncthing, but honestly, that is not the issue I have with the tablet. The issue I have with the tablet is that fact that it does not charge sometimes, which is very unacceptable!

I will admit that my options are pretty limited. I went to BestBuy to see if there were options but the employee couldn't find any devices with LTE built-in.

I do have an android phone, but I don't want to tether my phone to my laptop since that would drain the battery from my phone a lot faster. I rather save battery life on my phone in situations where I don't have an outlet and I need to save every juice from my phone as I can.
