Day Five: Winning Entries
On the fifth day of Tempmas results, GBAtemp gave to me: 10 pretty pictures, 4 merry movies, 10 seasonal stories, 10 Tempmas tunes, and each winning contest entry!
The Final Day of Tempmas Results has arrived. Over the last week we revealed the winners of each competition, one day and competition at a time. Today, on the fifth and final day, the various winning entries are being presented for all to see and enjoy. This will also lead to the removal of the Christmas emoticons, within the next few days.
It has been a lot of fun, and we've enjoyed each of your submissions. However before the winning entries are presented, I'd like to explain a bit about the thought process behind the staff voting:
Winning isn't just a matter of which entries are technically superior, or which member had more skill in a field. Though those are factors. No, these Tempmas competitions were never about which was better, just which ones each staff member enjoyed more. Some were skillful, some made us smile, others made us laugh. Ultimately, it was all about holiday spirit and how the entries affected each of us individually.
We do hope that you have all had fun, and that you'll be gracious to both those who won, and those who didn't. Throughout the entries you'll see a varied array of images, songs, videos, and writings. And now, the winning entries, enjoy.

The Five Days of Tempmas Results
Day Four: Music
The Five Days of Tempmas Results continue. Over the last week we revealed the winners of each competition one day and competition at a time. Tomorrow, on the fifth and final day, the various winning entries will be presented for all to see! As well as the long overdue removal of the Christmas emoticons.
On the fourth day of Tempmas results, GBAtemp gave to me: 10 pretty pictures, 4 merry movies, 10 seasonal stories, and 10 Tempmas tunes.
In the music competition we called on the composers in the audience to create a GBAtemp and Christmas-themed song. With GBAtemp as your muse we hope that you'll continue to draw musical inspiration, yeoshi. We'll be humming that Tempmas tune for weeks to come as you enjoy your brand new Nintendo DS Lite and flash cart of choice. Congratulations!
The second place winners will be receiving an M3i Zero and a 4GB MicroSD, and the third place winners will be choosing from either a stylish DS/DSLite/DSi case or an R4i adapter. You will each be contacted about your prizes tomorrow by a member of the staff after the entry reveal.

Day Three: Writing
The Five Days of Tempmas Results continue. Over the next week, one day and competition at a time, we will be revealing the winners of each competition (in no particular order). On the fifth and final day the various winning entries will be presented for all to see! As well as the long overdue removal of the Christmas emoticons.
On the third day of Tempmas results, GBAtemp gave to me: 10 pretty pictures, 4 merry movies, and 10 seasonal stories! For the writing competition we requested you write a loosely themed letter to santa, poem, or story about the holiday season. For ages people have wondered if the pen is mightier than the sword, perhaps the winner of this competition will be able to answer that with a stylus pen and an RPG on their brand new Nintendo DS Lite and flash cart of choice. Congratulations, Amo!

The Five Days of Tempmas Results continue. Over the next week, one day and competition at a time, we will be revealing the winners of each competition (in no particular order). If today's results list looks a bit short to you, there is a reason for that... Less entries than usual were submitted for the video competition. Well under the required 10. We appreciate all those who took the extra initiative to make a short video, but a handful of those also didn't match the competition's specifications, leading to even fewer qualified entries.
On the second day of Tempmas results, GBAtemp gave to me: 10 pretty pictures, and 4 merry movies. For the video competition we asked the amateur filmmakers of the GBAtemp community to record a video capturing the Christmas spirit. We hope you're ready for your close up, sixteenbuttons, because you are about to have the spotlight shone on you as the winner of this competition! Congratulations.

You've waited patiently for a month, and now, without further adieu, GBAtemp presents: The Five Days of Tempmas Results. Over the next week, one day and competition at a time, we will be revealing the winners of each competition (in no particular order). On the fifth and final day the various winning entries will be presented for all to see! As well as the long overdue removal of the Christmas emoticons.
We would also like to take this opportunity to apologize for the delay. There were a number of unavoidable issues that popped up during the deliberation and tallying process, and we greatly appreciate the patience and tact of the members in the way that they have handled the situation. Not that we'd expect anything less of this community.

For the image competition you artistic sorts were tasked with drawing, photoshopping or taking a picture of a Tempmas themed Santa Claus. The first place winner is SargeSmash. Congratulations!
