Just a few days ago, I made polite "small talk" about some personal observations regarding Nintendo's recent business decisions that caused upsets to their audiences. Lately, Nintendo has been on my mind as a concern, that makes me wonder what would happen if Nintendo decided to actually listen to their core audience and face the problems that they've been staring at. The HTC Vive headset has higher specs than the rival Ocolus Rift, including a pair of 1200 x 1080 displays that can run video at 90 FPS. For comparison, the Oculus Rift DK2 has a single 1080p screen that freshes at 75 FPS.

The device will be paired with wireless controllers and tracking technology to let wearers explore computer-generated environments by walking round their rooms.
A test version of the kit will go on sale to developers shortly, followed by a public edition later this year.

The new gold-colored Mario amiibo is compatible with multiple games that support amiibo. For example, Mario Party 10 features a new amiibo Party mode that players can only access by tapping their compatible amiibo figures on the Wii U GamePad controller to customize them and bring them into the game as board pieces. Players can also save items to their amiibo, then use them strategically. Or players can train their amiibo to supercharge its stats and expand its abilities in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U or Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. The full list of compatible games and amiibo can be found at http://www.nintendo.com/amiibo/compatibility.
