The Drama just never stops coming does it people? From complete and utter takedown on the playstation, to the cancellation of the entire game, and now... as rumor has it... Silent Hills may be in talks to being bought from Konami, by microsoft, COMPLETELY taking the game from Playstation and making it an Xbox One exclusive.
The fact that the source is... Rooster Teeth of all places is an odd one. Take this with a frain of salt, but keep your eye on this topic, and E3 in the coming weeks. Silent Hills may still be alive and kicking after all...
For those that are fans of Sword Art Online who have been patiently waiting for the official release date announcement for the western localization of Lost Song, there's good news and perhaps some bad news depending on what you were expecting.
Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment will be released digitally this Summer on PS4
- Reworked for the PS4 system, the game will look better than ever. Edit: It has been confirmed that the PS4 version will be receiving an updated translation. Thanks to vayanui8 for the update.
Sword Art Online: Lost Song will be released this Fall on PS4 and Vita
- Unlike the Vita release of Hollow Fragment, it was promised back in October 2014 that the translation for this game would actually be decent. With the game having already received an Asian English translation that appears to be fairly good, it's hard to say whether we'll get that translation or a different one.
- This game will not be releasing on the PS3 in the West despite releasing on the PS3 in Japan. It's ultimately not that surprising though with the consistently strong PS4 sales in the West. Last gen is dying out, and we all have to accept that.
- As it stands, it appears this game will be getting a physical release, although it hasn't been confirmed whether or not it will get a physical release on both systems, if the game will be cross buy, etc.
These release date windows are the same across the announcements for both regions, although specific release dates haven't been announced within these otherwise broad windows.
Personally, I'll pick up Hollow Fragment on PS4 if they make the translation less laughably horrible. I'm a little torn on what system I'll get Lost Song on. I guess it depends on which system the game actually seems like it belongs on.
With this being Humble Bundle's first foray into console gaming, do you think this will become more and more popular with not just Nintendo, but Sony and Microsoft to follow? Or will this fail catastrophically and never happen again? And is Nintendo's decision to have two different console's games on one bundle a good or bad idea?

A couple weeks ago, folks over at Wololo.net had discovered Brazilian mod chip stores offering pirated retail games for PS4 consoles. Most people cried false, and with some news trickling from Brazilian sources it's becoming more and more likely it's legitimate...and now, a Brazilian news site UOL Jogos, has confirmed the PS4 "hacks" are indeed real!
PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME, THERE IS NO USER-AVAILABLE PS4 HACK. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS ON HOW THIS "HACK" IS PERFORMED.
Unfortunately, these methods don't break any encryption on the PS4, so at this time all that's allowed is purely pirated content, no homebrew. Definitely a shame, and it's almost a guarantee Sony will end up fixing these "hacks" soon, but at least it's a start.
