| cBoot2 | WARNING: You need to make a NAND backup with Bootmii before using this tool. This is required to recover from fatal errors.
cBoot2 is a patched Boot2. You should be able to install a patched IOS if Bootmii is installed at boot2 location. You need to remove the GC memory card from slot 2 if you run this.
Note: This package is only needed for people, who have updated without return and lost all downgrade capabilities. You will need a boot1 with a sign bug to use it.
Purpose: Start patched IOS without installing using Bootmii loader. The original Bootmii doesn't support to modify the file system. With this package you get around this problem.
The description is included in the file.
Edit: Link to new version, which will work if Bootmii is installed as IOS and fix SD card problems. Download cBoot2 v16
I am not sure if this will work on all systems. Please give me some response, if this is working.
It is configured for PAL. It should changed the mode when boot.dol is started. |

| GameCube Backup Launcher 0.2 | GameCube Backup Launcher 0.2 for Wii
Changes: - Increased speed of reloader - Fixed bug in PokeMon XD - Increased speed of audio fix stuff - Allow to select to start disc itself when using a multi game disc - Avoid green screen when starting a game (button A) - Disc change support on startup screen - Disc change supported for all start methods - Fixed Kirby's Air Ride - Fixed non working PAL games on PAL console, when pressing B (e.g. Wario World) - Support for Freeloader - Support for Action Replay - The loader will change the screen format in Wii mode to the screen format of the disc inserted at startup (this solves NTSC problems).
Installation is same as old versions.
Update information: You don't need to run miospatcher, if you already have a previous version and only want to use "rungcbackup" for starting. If you want to use Wii Backup Launcher or the disc channel for starting, you need to run miospatcher (and press X).

| Wii GameCube Backup Launcher 0.1 Theta | Purpose: Run GameCube backups on the Wii.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=N6946KPF Mirror: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=4757
In the source archive there are the binaries as archive included. You will need to first to extract gcbackup0.1_v7.tgz and then gcbackup0.1_theta.tgz.
Not all games are working and it still contains bugs. If you have a problem don't send me a message. Just post in the forum. You will get a faster answer. Check first: http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/index.php/Gam...patibility_List
Don't start complaining that a game is not working. You have the source code and can fix the bug. I do this in my free time and I don't get paid for it.
There is a video showing it in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Xak8qdMKbU&fmt=18

It is prohibited to use any of the software to illegally copy games, they are intended only to create and play legal backups of games that you own. In some countries or regions it is still illegal to make copies of games that you own, check with your local authorities if you are unsure. I cannot be held responsible for any misuse of these programs. The use of any of the above software is done so at your own risk. If you mess something up or anything undesirable (ie: loss of warranty, brick, lawsuits, jailtime) happens because of any of these programs, it is your own fault. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
Short Instructions: 1. Run miospatcher 2. Press X (only one time!), if you want to use Wii Backup Launcher or Wii disc channel to start. 3. Press A 4. Run rungcbackup 5. Press A and play your game
This application theoretical can brick your Wii and make it unusable. It was written to be safe as possible. If something fails it should only have effect on the GameCube mode. You should still be able to use Wii mode and repair it by installing a MIOS with a WAD installer.
Thanks to WiiShizzza for the graphic Thanks to Waninkoko Thanks to ppc_gba Thanks to all people who will handle the most noobish noobs here Thanks to all testers |
